· 10-15 years of Experience in Windows System Administration # 2 years of experience in Cloud Operations # 2 years of experience in Azure AD and O365 administration # Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

· Skills: # Extensive knowledge of Windows NT 2000 2003 2008 2012 2016 Servers, Active Directory # Stro ng Knowledge in Active Directory concepts like OU, Sites, GPO, FSMO etc. # Creating, Configuring, Managing and troubleshooting Group Policy objects (GPOs) # Managing and Troubleshooting Site Topology and replication failures # Troubleshooting Windows AD # Advanced troubleshooting skills in OS related issues # Threshold management # Administration of DNS, WINS, DHCP Servers. # Disk Administrator: Compact Partitions & Shares, Disk Quotas, DFS # Patch management and Virus Management # Provisioning of VMs in Azure # Resolving Network Connectivity issues # On-premise to Cloud connectivity # Azure AD, Cloud IAM # Administering SSO and MFA # Hands on experience on Exchange Server O365 environment. # Mail Administration (Exchange 2003 2007 2010 2013 Servers) # Implementation of Mail Aging Policy E Mail Policy # Mailbox size properties modification # Create Delete Move Mobile Users # Exposure on Firmware upgrade # Working Knowledge of File and Print servers # Working knowledge on II S server # Knowledge on server management tools # Log monitoring maintenance # H W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination # Knowledge of clustering # Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning. # Hands-on knowledge on vario us RAID technologies (RAID 0 1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc.) # Exposure to DR for server and AD # Backup and restore of AD Good to have: # Experience on VMWare technologies # Azure cloud management # Exchange and O365 management .
