Windows Administrator Relevant Experience(in Yrs) Minimum 6+ Technical/Functional Skills · Solid experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Windows. · Knowledge of UNIX, Perl, and Shell Scripting · Having experience in configuring tools in AZURE cloud · Ability to diagnose and address application issues · Prepare documentation including use cases, test cases, installation documents, and, amongst others, support documents for all user types · Support system test programs and analyze system test results · Solid experience providing Service Desk support · Understanding of DevOps environment at a user level · Working knowledge of IT and Software Development Environment Experience Required · Previous installation, configuration, and administration experience with Windows. · Previous work experience with web, application, and database servers for Windows and Linux · Experience with unit and system level testing and validation activities · Knowledge and use of Oracle SQL, Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration, Shell Scripting, Patching and Security Configurations · Exposure to enterprise application implementation and integrations · Strong customer service experience · Strong problem solving and analytical skills · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Ability to work within a team and self-directed when required. Roles & Responsibilities · Perform installation, configuration, and administration of Windows servers. · Investigate technical issues when required. · Assist in the preparation of documentation where necessary for new or changed business, operational, or support procedures. · Participate in analysis and planning of development activities. · Ensure that requirements are clearly understood by team members prior to design and development effort being engaged. · Stay informed on emerging technologies and transfer knowledge to the team members.
