Role: Web Methods Administrator
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 6-9 Months
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring, and administration of the web Methods Product Suite.
Collaborate across functional and technical areas to ensure implementation of integration solutions improve technical functionality in support of business needs, efficiencies, and revenue.
Support technical innovation and the creation, continual refinement, and active enforcement of our development and architectural standards.
Design, develop and support web Methods implementation projects using the web Methods 9.x product suite.
Qualifications:
Web Methods 9.12 experience is required.
Strong Knowledge of JMS and PUB/SUB Pattern, EDI and B2B is also required.
Identify, gather, and synthesize information related to technology processes and systems through the use of Agile methodologies including Test Driven Development, SCRUM, user story processes, and continuous integration and delivery (DevOps)
Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Services
Experience in Service Catalogue creation, Version Controlling of Web Services
Good understanding of the principles of ESB, SOA, Event-Based programming
Co-ordinate development with offshore team to establish user needs, technical design requirements, and analyze and resolve issues related to functionality and performance issues
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field of work
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years of progressive work experience in software development including web Methods, JMS, and Universal Messaging, Java development tools, and Agile
Demonstrated experience with enterprise data integration technologies, ESB (Web Methods, etc, other messaging oriented middleware
Should be a Self-starter
Strong SDLC, project management, time management, and tracking/reporting skills
