Job Description:

 

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of HTML (HyperText Markup Language) experience
  • 5+ years of JavaScript development experience
  • 2+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux
  • 1+ year experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both Additional Qualifications Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience with continuous integration development technology

 

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Lead Developer Science / Engineering graduate.Drive technical delivery for given module / work package / complete work package oversee and develop components of work package / complete work package as per the client or project requirements for all the assigned deliverables modify complex systems or develop new sub- systems and supervise work executed by team of Developers / Senior Developers and members from various solutions areas as required WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering high quality project deliverables WITHIN THE LIMITS OF delivery timelines, security and performance guidelines
  • Participate in requirement gathering JAD sessions and support documentation where applicable (business, functional, UI, usability, data, compliance, data migration, NFR, 3rd party tools & products) - Raise clarifications with customer / onsite to eliminate any ambiguity on the scope of work assigned from the Client / Project Co-coordinator track to closure any open clarifications with customer / onsite understand and translate requirements into design
  • conduct meetings with customer SME’s, BA’s and architect to understand and clarify functional and technical requirements.
  • Thought Leadership / Process Improvements / Delivery Excellence: - Lead technology inititives, incubate and build tools & reusable assets for dev / Productivity enhancement
  • Understand the current IT/Technology trends and analyze/identify the impact of each trend on the business segments within vertical in relation to area under purview
  • Create reusable assets / supporting artifacts based on the industry landscape
  • Identify re-usable solutions/assets which can be built within the technology unit
  • Co-author points of view publish whitepapers represent in the Technology Conferences/Roadshows/Forums
  • Guide teams to create case studies/whitepapers on application/solution/enterprise architecture / technology recommendations
