NPW would be focused on the cleanup and evolution of Knowledge Management tools/articles that are frontline and customer facing to move to a single source of truth.
The NPW would use the Transformation Framework toolkit (created internally by Client) to optimize Knowledge.
Additionally, the NPW would compile and scrub additional articles within att.com, and other relevant tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Writes and edits customer-focused copy that meets client brand voice and att.com style guideline.
2) Analyzes and works from a creative brief, marketing brief, or business requirements.
3) Collaborates with information architects, designers, vendors, and other writers to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and build a messaging strategy for any given project.
4) Is proactive, generates ideas, juggles multiple projects/assignments, pays close attention to detail, and meet short turnarounds and deadlines.
5) Uses excellent communication skills to provide solid rationale for their content choices to win business partners over.
