Education and/or Experience Qualifications

li>Bachelor degree in business, computer science, a related technical degree or equivalent/li>
li>Five years’ experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support/li>

Other Required Qualifications
ul>
li>Minimum of two years consulting experience/li>
li>Minimum of one-year experience in programming or analytical work/li>
li>Fluent with Design and Implementation of Cisco ACI or VMware NSX-T networking virtualization technologies, and capabilities around VXLAN, UCS, and Cisco advanced routing, switching and firewalls./li>
li>Knowledge of Cisco network equipment including: Cisco Nexus 9000 / 7000 / 5000 / 2000 series of Data Center switches running both NX-OS and ACI code, Cisco Catalyst 9000 / 6500 / 4500 / 3850 / 3750 series of Campus switches, Cisco UCS B and C-Series compute, and ACI APIC Controllers./li>
li>Knowledge of network/internet Protocols/Services such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VXLAN, LACP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN./li>
li>Knowledge of Layer 2 & 3 Switching/li>
li>Ability to manage and deploy network changes, including firewalls and access lists/li>
li>Knowledge of VMware solutions including vSphere, vCenter, and vRealize Network/li>
li>Insight for application dependence mapping a plus./li>
li>Knowledge of automation and programmability using Ansible and Python with VMware vRealize Automation or UCS Director a plus./li>
li>Knowledge of AWS or Azure Cloud networking and NSX Cloud capabilities a plus./li>
li>Knowledge of Storage Area Networking (fiber channel switches) a plus/li>
li>Knowledge of security issues and implications to network solutions a plus
CCNP or significant progress towards it required/li>
li>Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients39; needs/li>
li>Ability to effectively communicate with clients/li>
li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders/li>
li>Proven ability to maintain and create technical documentation for the enterprise-level customers/li>
li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate solid attention to detail and a penchant for accuracy/li>
li>History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines/li>
li>Attention to detail on inventory and logistics is important/li>
li>Physically able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds of equipment. The team lift system must be utilized for loads weighing more than 50 pounds/li>
li>Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or as needed to other locations or client sites/li>

Preferred Qualifications

li>VMware VCP-NV certification preferred, with expectation of earning VCAP-NV certification within 6-12 months./li>
li>Hands-on experience in a large Data Center environment is beneficial/li>
