Minimum of 10-14 years of experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (VMware), operations monitoring and end user support. ?? Technical Skills: ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Managing and Maintaining ESXi hosts and Virtual Center for 24X7 Uptime. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Managing ESXi Datastore through CISCO, HP, UCS & AWS. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Managing and renewal of VMware Licensing. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??P2V and V2V Conversion using VMware Converter. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Managing DR Site for VM and performing monthly replications. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Managing vCenter Operations Manager 6.5 and above. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Performing health checks and monitoring the Windows servers for any critical alerts like hardware failures, critical events, disk space issues and dependency services that are running on the servers on daily basis. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Implement and optimize technology or process solutions to meet customer requirement on VMWare Virtualizations. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Experience of ESXi host patching through Update manager or any other tool. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Experience of ESXi build, Firware and version upgrade. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Strong knowledge of Storage vMotion and vMotion. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Troubleshooting virtual machine issues. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Troubleshooting problems with the help of Windows Event Logs. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Troubleshooting ESX servers / vCenter / vSphere Client and Host profile issues. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Manage and configure systems through VMWare using industry best practices. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Knowledge of scripting and automation will be added advantage. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Resolving all tickets within SLA in service now ticking tool as per ticket priority & urgency. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Ability to setup and Manage new infrastructure of Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server Editions, Domain Controllers, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Servers, Exchange Servers. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Should be familiar on High Availability/Clustering/Metro Concept. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Knowledgeable in Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows 2012, Windows 2016, Active Directory, VMware, ESX/ESXi, Citrix and Hyper ??? V, Enclosures' ?? Process Skills: ???? ?? ?? ?? ??ITIL Certified or a strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Must be a Service and Customer oriented team player. Flexible, Multi tasker, self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Perform Change Management as per the process & should have responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls ??
