UX - CREATIVE Analyst / DESIGN STRATEGIST
Location – Cincinnati, OH

PROFILE SUMMARY:
A thorough-bred designer at heart with about 5 years of experience in
the area of design
At least 2 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams
Experience in new ways of design (agility, collaborative design, design thinking/lateral thinking, fast-paced, business outcome-driven)
DESIGN:
User/customer centricity; empathy, familiarity with methods of discovery, and reflecting emotions in design
Innovation and lateral thinking: Love for all things new and challenging, ability to orchestrate brain storms and ideation workshops
Appreciation for great design: aesthetic sense, interaction design skills, information structuring abilities, excellent awareness of trends and happenings around in the field of design and technology
Ability to sell design and ideas through logical reasoning that are based on end user and business centricity
BUSINESS:
Business acumen: Ability to quickly assimilate a business situation and abstract into a design problem. Familiarity with techniques – design thinking, journey mapping, rapid prototyping, quick user research and validations etc.
Preferred domain knowledge: retail, banking and financials, travel and hospitality
Awareness of technology: Ability to explore possibilities of new technologies in digital experiences, awareness of productions and platforms that power experiences in different business contexts
Accountability for client: relationship and dialog with client stake holders, new opportunity leads and insights, thought leadership.
