Role: UX Architect Duration:6 months Location:Remote Job Description Description: The User Experience (UX) Architect collaborates across the organization to envision and create user-centered digital experiences. Possesses a strategic mindset and ability to collaborate with and influence product teams in response to business goals working with the UX team, business stakeholders, product management and technology partners. Participates in the execution of best practices. Focuses on driving project architecture to better support sales and service goals on behalf of the bank?s business lines. Works with others on the UX team to better engineer and deliver quality user experiences for our customers across all digital platforms, from mobile to desktop, from digital account opening to online banking. Primary Responsibilities Facilitates conversations to solve complex problems and produce use cases, customer flows, navigation systems, wireframes, content inventories, sitemaps, taxonomy, functional requirements, and proof-of-concepts Helps define information architecture principles and guidelines for web applications, including content organization and hierarchy, navigation and guidance systems, and content integration Identifies user-experience design priorities and scenarios; defines interaction requirements; and works with UX, strategy and product teams to align short and long-term releases Coordinates with the UX design system team to create cohesive and scalable patterns to be leveraged across product lines, applying established patterns to prototypes and mockups to ensure consistency across products and influence the creation of new patterns for use by UX and development teams Evangelizes user-centered product design within the company. Works to incorporate user-centered approaches into the company?s product development process Works with development teams at the execution level to ensure development implementation that is true to original design intent Participates in usability testing and design reviews Participates in team initiatives including process improvement and thought leadership Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Sciences, Psychology, Human Factors, or Human Centered Design & Engineering Five (5) years designing systems and process structure for web and mobile solutions for enterprise platforms Ability to create wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, functional requirements, work models, user profiles, user scenarios and usability objectives, aligned with business and user goals Ability to incorporate design-thinking methodologies, facilitating workshops with both stakeholders and users to align on solutions Ability to work within Agile/Scrum/SAFe development methodologies Experience creating influential relationships with cross-functional teams including development and product management within and across product groups Care deeply about the end user?s needs, goals and desires Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team to listen effectively, to respect others? perspectives and contributions, and to offer and accept feedback openly Preferences Organized, able to think beyond what is asked for, and able to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, often evolving environment Experience with complex business models Verbal and written presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to quickly adapt the content to the audience Passion for learning Proficient in A e Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and MS Office Peripheral knowledge of contemporary web technologies including HyperText Markup Language, Cascading Style Sheets, JavaScript, Responsive Frameworks, Scalable Vector Graphics, Web Accessibility , Ramya Sree US IT RECRUITER Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
