Jd :
1. Excellent Hands-on experience on Salesforce capabilities and Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives client requirements and company goals
2. Rich HandsOn experience in Salesforce technologies including Apex, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Lightning Frameworks to develop custom componentsUnderstand existing module and perform enhancements redesigns based on business needs
3. Should have Salesforce Advanced development related Certifications
4. Understand Life Science Domain and sales functions and build compliant solutions.
5. Communicate with project managers clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development testing and deployment
6. Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
Technical Manager
1. Analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvement in Salesforce technologies and should be able to work as Salesforce Technical Manager
2. Work with clients to understand requirements and assist in functional demo
3. Oversee implementation of projects from inception to completion
4. Use a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights
5. Sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for non-technicians
