Required Skills:
10-14 years of experience in managing delivery with good AS400 technical background to guide the team
Own project delivery for AS400 legacy and interfacing applications
Responsible for End-to-end management of legacy application support and maintenance Project and determination of the work allocation schedule and deliverables based on the operational needs
End to end delivery management working with the client and other vendors teams across Application Maintenance
Technical Knowledge:
Very Good Hands On project experience is expected in AS400 COBOL400 RPGLE CLPLE DB2400 NetData Java MQ
Experience in client interaction and ability to nurture and build relationships with executives in customer organization
Insurance domain experience preferable
Excellent communication skills and Leadership skills
Good knowledge on Incident Problem and Change management process and ITSM ticketing tools Take care of 24X7 on call support Supporting communications to stakeholders in the event of a severity incidents
