JD:
Responsibilities : -
Must have proven experience in working on software development projects; experience in agile methodology is highly preferred.
Experience in managing projects with automation tools and exposure to test-driven automation is highly preferred.
Experience in Uipath required.
Experience in Fortress IQ preferred
Ability to create process definition document and process maps used for automation
Coordinate with SME’s for process walkthroughs, data collection and clarification
Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind
Prefer CSM certification.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Qualification –
6+ years of business Operations and Analysis experience
Experience in Automation concepts, tools and techniques
Strong knowledge of Healthcare domain
