Experience: 12-15 Years

Job Description:

  • Experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes
  • Experience in developing test strategies and leading all aspects of software testing and defect management
  • Effective written skills and ability to document automation, test harnesses, coding principles & standards
  • Mentor and lead large team of size of 15+ members
  • Oversees interdependencies between interfacing technologies and their support teams Influences and drives engineering strategy.
  • Participates with internal & external organizations to drive continuous improvement
  • Challenge, draw conclusions, and anticipate problems & resolution strategies
  • Oversees highly complex, cross functional projects independently at a cross portfolio level in multiple domains.
  • Communicates concepts, action plans crisply
  • Responsible for building and maintaining highly visible and scalable automation frameworks that use all the modern framework paradigms, techniques and tools
  • 12-15 years of test team management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of creating test cases and test reports

·         Excellent knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira

  • Decent experience of working with source control tools like GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket etc
  • Good communication and articulation skills
  • Hands-on experience using Selenium
