Job Responsibility:
· Experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes
· Experience in developing test strategies and leading all aspects of software testing and defect management
· Effective written skills and ability to document automation, test harnesses, coding principles & standards
· Mentor and lead large team of size of 15+ members
· Oversees interdependencies between interfacing technologies and their support teams Influences and drives engineering strategy.
· Participates with internal & external organizations to drive continuous improvement
· Challenge, draw conclusions, and anticipate problems & resolution strategies
· Oversees highly complex, cross functional projects independently at a cross portfolio level in multiple domains.
· Communicates concepts, action plans crisply
· Responsible for building and maintaining highly visible and scalable automation frameworks that use all the modern framework paradigms, techniques and tools
· 12-15 years of test team management experience
· Excellent knowledge of creating test cases and test reports
· Excellent knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira
· Decent experience of working with source control tools like GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket etc
· Good communication and articulation skills
· Hands-on experience using Selenium
