Role: Java Lead Developer
Location: Bethesda, MD (Onsite)
Experience: 8-10 Years
Job Description:
· 8 to 10 years of experience in Java Development project
· Minimum 3-year experience on Micro services Implementations required
· Experience in Java 11, springboot Preferred
· Hands on with Java multithreading & Linux
· Experience in No SQL is mandatory (Preferably Cassandra, Couchbase)
· Design of scalable enterprise applications
· Hands on experience in GIT is mandatory
· Knowledge in working with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker etc) mandatory
· Should have experience in handling the team (at least minimum of 3-4 developers)
· Must have good analysis for troubleshooting problems & problem-solving skills
· Must have good communication skills
· Experience working on onsite offshore model, working with distributed teams
· Will be responsible for technically leading the software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design, development and acceptance testing.
· Would be responsible to understand the HLD and prepare the LLD.
· Should be able to direct the team technically and resolve the technical dependencies if any
Job Responsibility:
· Requirement discussion clarification with client and stake holders.
· Developing design based on the requirements and validating with other stakeholder
· Developing and guiding team members for delivery
· Supporting PM in estimation and planning of new feature projects.
· Debugging and addressing day to day critical issues reported by users and directing team to address it as required.
· Coordinating with different stake holders for smooth operations and rollout
