Job Responsibility:

Incident management and Problem management for billing application and its related interfaces and batch jobs
Triage various production-related real time alerts and involve appropriate teams in case of Production Outage and resolve the issue
Work on Minor/Major enhancements and development activities apart from the below Production support scope of work
Communicate out to business users and executive leadership team on Production issues in clear business terms
Responsible for owning the RCA for internal production incidents and presenting to the leadership team
Identification analysis and resolution of systemic issues related to the application
Work on Automated jobs and scripts for recurring issues
Good knowledge of Unix and SQL for creating SQL quires on demand
Handle post-deployment production support and bug fixes for critical and high severity production defects
