Job Description :

Role – Senior Java Developer
Location: St Louis, MO (On location after pandemic, Remote until then)

Experience – 4 to 6 years

 Mandatory requirements
1.    Strong project manager in agile methodologies. (NOT SCRUM master)
2.    Hands on project management on software development .
3.    Hands-on Java, Spring Boot and Microservices technology.

Nice to have
1.    Exposure to Kafka.
2.    Exposure to cloud based technologies.

Soft Skills
1.    Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
2.    Analytical skills and trouble shooting skills.
3.    Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
4.    Good communication and documentation skills.
5.    Understanding of technical architecture and should be able to get involved in technical discussions.
6.    4+ years of experience in working with client or business performing requirement gathering.
7.    Experience in offshore coordination and should be ready to do so.
