their PM philosophy.

? They have a hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodology in driving projects.
Requirements:
? 10+ years of IT experience
? 7+ years of Project Management experience.
? SAP experience a plus, but not required.
? Knowledge of Vendor Payment solutions considered a plus.
? Ability to manage projects simultaneously
? Expertise with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the
organization.
Current State:
Payment program is currently configured with standard SAP configuration. Checks file is
created as a SAPscript form and sent to printer for printing checks along with a step to print
Invoice reduction notification. EFT payments is created with ABAP program to include
invoice reduction notifications formatted to send to Gentran EDI system. Vendor Master is
updated by Master Data team.
Future State:
The need is to leave current payment methods as configured, create 3 new payment methods Checks,
EFT(ACH), and V-card and associated configuration associated with new payment methods. Create an
outbound interface file for each new payment method. An outbound positive pay file and inbound
cleared check file for new check payment. Inbound cleared files for New EFT and V-card payments.
Vendor Master for Payment Method and Address can be updated by the vendor in the 3 rd party
solution. Vendor Master outbound interface file and inbound interface.
