Job Description:
Strong experience with TIBCO stack.
Installation and configuration of tibco admin
Familiarity with Linux Operation system and shell scripting
Code deployments and trouble shooting of applications in all environments
Experience with L2 support environment and handle the high priority incidents with cutomers/clients directly
Triage the high priority issues and provide the code changes/performance changes if applicable.
Need to lead nearshore/offshore team and ensure smooth application production support
Need to support the applications 24/7.
Need to interact with customer and onsite team for deliverables.
Need to resolve the incidents as per SLA.
Strong understanding of database design. Able to write and debug complex Queries.
Experience with ITIL process
Adheres to schedule and Quality guidelines.
Should have excellent analytical, communication skills, Problem solving technical and analysis skills
Continuous delivery through appropriate build and deployment tooling and related flows
