Job Description:
· Overall, around 10+years of experience
· Hands on day to day Program/Project Management and ability to make progress in highly ambiguous problem space are must.
· Experience in banking domain.
· Gathering Requirements and participate in discussions with business and IT Stake holders
· Drive the offshore project team and involve in calls with offshore team, Strong Data Analytical capabilities.
· Assist with alignment of project priorities, and coordinate schedules.
· Help the extended team(s) be effective by providing insights, plans, and process to execute highly cross-functional projects at scale.
· Project tracking and scheduling using appropriate tools
· Ability to identify risks and suggest mitigation plan
· Regular status reporting to stake holders as well as internal teams
· Communicate with offshore teams and counterparts to ensure successful project delivery.
· Excellent communications and inter-personal skills.
