Qualifications and Experience:

5 years’ experience in a customer facing technical role.
Experience that demonstrates a strong level of expertise in technical specifications.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Good understanding and implementation knowledge of Cloud (Azure and AWS
Good Understanding and troubleshooting skills of Windows, VMware Operating systems.
Good understanding and troubleshooting skills of VMware 6/6.5, Windows Server Operating Systems (2008/2012/2016/2019), Citrix, Exchange O365.
Solid PowerShell scripting knowledge and enabling 60% automation in the environment.
Deep troubleshooting skills of dump analysis of OS, Systems, Hardware.
Strong Understanding of TCP/IP, Subnetting, Routing and Switching concepts.
Enterprise knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, ADFS, Certificate services/PKI, Remote desktop services.
Enterprise knowledge of VMware vSphere ESXi, 6.x, VCenters, Platform service controls, VMware Patching skills.
Deep troubleshooting skills of Orion (Solar Winds), SCOM, OMS or any other monitoring technologies.

Good to have:

VMware Certified (VCP/VCAP)
Microsoft Certified (MCSA/MCSE
AWS or Azure Certifications.
Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP)/Nutanix Certified Advanced Professional (NCAP)
