Overall IT experience of 9+ Years
6+ years of SFDC experience – Sales Cloud (must have), service cloud.
Ability to write APEX code, triggers and well versed with OOTB functionality
Previous experience of Cisco Sales IT Territory Management/Opportunity Management space – must have
worked on / has knowledge of Cisco’s implementation of sales hierarchy (Share), eac (extended account coverage) , savm, sfdc account mapping with CR etc – must have
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders
