Requirements:
- 6 years of experience
- UX Designer Role
- Strong User Experience design experience
- Exhibits courage and provides strong perspective
- Demonstrates great work ethic and positive attitude
- Communicates ideas and designs to end user and product team members
- Advocates for user-centered design in all products
- Pays excellent attention to quality and detail
- Strong experience with Figma and other design tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and goals independently
- Experience in Figma
- Experience in user interviews
- Design thinking principles
