Job Title : UC Voice Engineer

Location : Knoxville TN and Hartford CT

Duration : 12+ Months

ONSITE from Day One

Job Description: 

  • Experienced in Cisco collaboration technologies, Call Manager, Unity, UCCx deployments along with MACD work. 
  • Should be able to migrate users from old analog phones to new Cisco phone systems, migrating site particulars over to the new system. 
  • The engagement will be working with other UC teams in the effort to migrate over 12000 users to the new Cisco system. 
  • The migrations are broken up by department and this resource will be responsible for working with end users to collect data, build out the new phone system, then schedule the migration to the new phone system with that department, until all users are migrated.
