Job Title: UC Engineer

Location: Houston TX

 

  • Must have worked as UC engineer for minimum 5 years
  • Should have worked on Cisco Call manager, Cisco Unity, CUBE
  • Should be well versed with configuring and troubleshooting SIP. 
  • Authored Tariffs and innovative product offerings for voice, data, and video products
  • Created Process Flow Models for Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Lync
  • Supported BGP and EIGRP Protocols for 50,000 user systems
  • Administered hardware, personnel and operating systems for national Network Operating Center
  • Negotiated 29 interconnection and supply agreements valued at $182 million with 14 vendors.
  • Developed Infrastructure Plan for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Network, creating comprehensive Load Balancing (F-5 and others) and Capacity Management standards.
  • Supported deployment of Microsoft Skype across all locations
  • Designed and configured Cisco UCCE (including PCCE), Cisco UCCX, ICM (IVR), and IPCC systems for end user applications
  • Designed and configured Nortel (now Avaya) CS-1000 PBX (2000 Users)
  • Administered Cisco Agent Desktop (UCCE) and E-Mail Manager configurations
