As one of our entry-level Recruiters, you will grow and develop a portfolio of IT consultants and place them on their next assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Research and gain knowledge on different IT job roles.
- Find the right candidate for a particular job role and close a position.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the vendors with the intention of earning their continued business.
- Work closely with Pursuit’s staffing and support teams throughout the entire assignment process.
