Job Description
· The Agile Scrum Master is responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices.
· The Scrum Master drives value by helping the Team and Product Owner prioritize the most important and impactful interactio ns first.
· The Agile Scrum Master guides the Team and the organization how to most effectively use Agile Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
· Scrum Masters also play a pivotal role guiding the Team to be more self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile Scrum frameworks.
· They will also work to remove the impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by building strong relationships with other teams and stakeholders.

# World-class communicator and relationship builder able to deliver difficult news, guide conversations around reprioritizations, and remove impediments
# Ensure that project goals, scope, and product domain are clearly understood by the Team
# Coach Product Owners to maximize value within the backlog
# Facilitate ceremonies that engage the team and generate valuable outputs
# Collect the right data to dev elop meaningful metrics that accurately reflect the Teams progress through the sprint and increment
# Encourage and enable Team to develop cross-functionally.
# Remove impediments to the Development Teams progress.
# Support Kanban activities for mature teams and help less mature teams evolve to it
# Work with other Scrum Masters to strengthen the Community of Practice
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
# 3-6 years recent Scrum Master experience
# Embraces diverse people , thinking and styles
# Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
# Technical Degree or related work experience and industry recognized certification in Scrum or Scaled Agile
# Significant experience in an Information Technology Software Development organization
# Significant experience with Agile development processes
# Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job
