Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Description
· Responsible for Testing Pre-sales activities such as technical consulting, participating in RFI/RFP, and contributing to estimation, methodology, proposal solution, and process definition
· Responsible for creating proposal responses, customer visits, and conducting customer workshops
· Responsible for developing/building Testing offerings and defining go to market strategy to create new business opportunities
· Collaborate with various internal departments including Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales teams and Delivery to create and present solutions to the customers / analysts, any sales & marketing material etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Minimum of 10-12 years of experience working on Testing Projects.
· Must have knowledge of various aspects of Functional and Non-Functional Testing e.g. Automation, Performance testing and engineering
· Must have knowledge of tools and technologies used for testing
· Must have a strong aptitude for learning new technologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and should have managed complex and challenging projects
· Hands-on experience with test automation processes and tools is a must. The candidate must demonstrate at least one such hands-on experience in his/her career
· Must have the ability to architect, create, and run both manual and automated tests.
· Ability to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and client business case
· Ability and presence to articulate the solution to key clients and/or to senior internal stakeholders
· Ability to create Proof of Concepts (PoC) as well as content and presentations for client workshops
· Ability to manage the knowledge management portal - curating capability documents, case studies, and related artifacts
· Extensive knowledge in estimation techniques
· Ability to work in a fast paced and distributed environment and adapt to internally triggered changes
Desired Skills and Qualifications
· Prior development background would be beneficial from a technical point of view.
· Domain experience around Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, etc., will be preferred.
· Prior experience in leading a complex Enterprise level testing program would be advantageous
· Prior experience in Pre-Sales activities is preferable
· Good understanding of various Cloud and DevOps tools
· Ability to develop webinars/marketing material (case studies, whitepapers, blogs etc.) is preferred
· Prior experience in presenting at client events/ conferences will be an added advantage
