1. Have an understanding of telephony Construction and splicing activities
2. Primary role is to collect objective information regarding the activities performed by the employee being observed WITHOUT interfering with those activities.
3. Ability to shadow employees for 8 to 10 hours per day
4. Pass 3-day certification
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Primary role is to collect objective information regarding the activities performed by the employee being observed.
2) Complete all of the required fields within a study template and transmit the recorded information back to the team lead.
3) Calibrate and effectively communicate changes within the time study template when a missing element is identified.
4) Selected candidate will be required to attend and pass training on the specific time study project.
5) Travel is required on most assignments and the candidate is required to use a personal credit card to secure expenses prior to reimbursements.
6) Assignments are typically 4 to 8 months.
7) Customer facing interactions are required and the candidate should act in the manner that is acceptable for AT&T code of conduct.
