Role: Tibco Production Support Analyst.

Job Description:

Implement and support automated and/or manual monitoring of production systems to ensure all applications and processes meet their SLA
Support trouble-shooting client issues with high level data analysis and project review.
Design and develop processes using Java, XML and TIBCO that improve existing design. Deliver quality code that fulfill business requirements and ensure all applications meet their SLA (Service Level Agreement
Support Production systems that connect various Enterprise Applications by manual and automated monitoring using TIBCO Business Works and Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS
Perform Extraction-Transformation-Loading (ETL) for inventory management using TIBCO Business Works, Enterprise Message Service (EMS) and IBM DB2.
Perform Unit, Integration and System testing enhancements/fixes provided by Information Technology team or their technology partners
Help stabilize new Enterprise Applications from R&D into Production.
Implement best programming practices using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) architecture style to integrate Enterprise Applications (EAI
Provide support and validation of Production, and Production Support migrations, as well as for server and middleware patching.
Responsible for orchestrating Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) processes using App Manage/Jenkins by writing deployment descriptor files.
Ability to accomplish all aspects of software configuration management, DevOps and Build/Release Management.
Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures.
Provide research and data query requests needed by Customer Call Center and/or business staff
Work with third-party entities to analyze complex user requirements and problems for future enhancements. Provide analysis to identify improvements in existing design.
Serves as a Point of Contact to the customer for any technical issues and engage in client calls.
Work with project team to plan for emerging technologies and prepare for new classes with support professionals on on-going basis in coordination with Management.
Research and resolve any production issues escalated to the team via JIRA. This includes 24 x 7 support for Priority 1 issues
Participates in cross-team collaboration daily.
Assist in support hours of operation and off hour production emergencies.
Interact with project teams for new products development giving insights from technical issues of previous products.
Document application information, disaster recovery information.
Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders.
Revise client identified issues and contribute to FS/Tech Specs as required.
