Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication skills; SQL & SQL Server
Windows Server 2012+ familiarity, including system health review and monitoring
Tibco ESB 5.X,, Microsoft Biztalk
Linux familiarity, including shell and shell scripting
Splunk
Tibco EMS 8.x
Description
The qualified candidate will possess 5+ years of experience.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, as well as business partners while troubleshooting support related issues.
Learn high-level architecture and design of team applications.
Perform production analysis and support for TIBCO BW 5x, TIBCO EMS 8.x, Microsoft BizTalk, and Windows Server technologies.
Create and enhance SQL queries for support using SQL Server and Sybase.
Prepare and enhance overview and support documentation, including workflows, deployment validation and error remediation.
Review and analyze system and application logs in support of incident troubleshooting.
Performing root-cause analysis of incidents; update standard operating procedures to enhance support. Ensure formalized process documentation exists for timeliness of problem resolution.
Handle incident reports and problem tracking using Service Now. Providing technical and functional support for on-premise and cloud-based applications.
Effectively prioritize support work based on criticality and business impact.
Perform team duties related to new store grand opening steps.
Consult with IT management on prioritization of bug fixes and enhancements. Provide status updates to IT management for daily work.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross training within the team. Conduct functional walkthroughs with business and store associates for System Integration team owned applications.
