The role expectations would be to analyze, communicate and propose various options for the automation framework that needs to be used.
Should be able to develop an in-sprint automation strategy.
MySQL/Oracle (Tuning exposure on DBs would be nice to have
Acts as a single point of contact in reviewing the objectives and defining overall assessment strategy
Understands the challenges in existing Test Automation process and recommend changes aligned to the business objectives
Develops a Test Automation assessment plan
Plan, schedule and conducts interviews with relevant stakeholders
Review the existing Test Automation processes and artifacts, organization structure, roles & responsibilities, tools and applications
Design Test Automation framework
Provides recommendations to stabilize and optimize the existing test automation process
Prepares an In-Sprint Automation strategy
Participates in meetings with stakeholders
Prepares and presents final Test Automation Assessment report
