Job Title: Telematics Tester
Location: Lisle/Chicago, IL(Remote for Now)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Description:
Should have hands-on experience in developing C, C++ embedded applications
Functional validation of control functions using CANalyzer, CAN J1939 and J1708 protocols
Perform validation on bench & vehicles, development and execution of functional validation test cases
Development of a regression framework for telematics platform.
Execution of functional validation test cases on industry-standard HIL (Hardware-in-the-loop) equipment
Development of appropriate documentation to support process compliance
Should be able to understand system requirements and prepare Functional, Integration system test plans and unit test plans
Should have work experience with ECU (Electronic control unit) testing and
Experience in Telematics Unit would be preferred
Familiarity with software development environments - UML, SQL, distributed version control, continuous integration would be preferred
Must have at least 6 years working experience in Automotive domain
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
At least 8 years of experience in product design/development or new technologies
Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
At least 6 years of experience in product design/development or new technologies
