Position: Business Systems Analyst (Single Customer Incident)
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Long Term
Note: Consultant has to be onsite from Day One
Description:
- Candidate must have experience in Production Incident Management in Provisioning & Activation areas of telecom domain.
- This role is to manage Incidents coming from end customers analyze it find options to fix the issues, or assign it to right team to get it fixed.
- Candidate must understand Tools and functional flow of Provisioning & Activation vertical in Telecom domain.
- Experience like end-to-end testing or development from Provisioning & Activation domain knowledge is must.
- Must understand Singe Customer Issues and ticket triaging is primary duty of this role.
