  • 8-10 year’s Overall IT experience with Project Management expertise with Java-J2EE, Integrations, Webservices, SOA, Micro services Development background is mandatory.
  • Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Java-J2EE, Integrations, Webservices, SOA, Micro services applications, Webservices, OpenShift and Oracle database would be suitable
  • 5 + Years in project Management experience is preferable.
  • Domain : Retail (B2B preferred) Experience  is preferable
  • Knowledge about e-commerce is preferable.
  • Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope. 
Responsibilities include: project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks and setting milestones. Should include Customer, Stakeholder, Risk, People, Quality, Financial Management along with driving the Scrum Values and ceremonies
 
Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Management, Project Planning and Efforts Estimation and stakeholder Management.
  • Execute and run projects in Agile – Scrum principles with Scrum ceremonies.
  • Scope Management - Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to make sure project goals are achieved.
  • Maintain an updated Project Plan through Microsoft project plan with detailed milestones & deliverables at the end of each phase, based on the estimated project costs, resource plan and task schedule.
  • Involve/Review the design for the new onboardings/integrations.
  • Conduct WBS/module level work effort estimations for the project effort.
  • Track and monitor the project through Metrics.
  • Effectively manage parallel work streams, creation of release plans.
  • Manage project communication, escalation of issues, risks and resolution.
  • Provide weekly periodic status review, Monthly business review with clients and business stakeholders.
  • Promote Scrum values, remove impediments and chair Scrum meetings.
  • Maintain product backlog with all relevant user stories.
  • Conduct sprint planning and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Track progress of user stories through daily stand up meetings.
  • Coordinate with Business team on enhancements and change requests
