Position: Technical Program Manager with SQL, Power BI
Location: Redmond, WA
Job Description:
· Formulate and define scope and objectives of program in collaboration with the workstream owners and ensures agreement and communication.
· Manage metrics requirements with Principal PM, working closely with Engineering Team to explain the requirement, developing Tech specs and BRDs, reviewing the metrics deliverables before passing to PMs.
· Assist FTE Principal PM with metric requirements, Field Escalations, research, and development prioritization.
· Translate business requirements to work with Engineering team with proposed business scenarios solutions on agreement from stakeholders that aligns with the business strategy.
· Manage the Module deliverable with Engineering Lead to ensure module release on the required date, within the approved scope.
· In partnership with various metrics, actively manage assumptions, dependencies, risks, issues, and potential impacts, and facilitates the development of appropriate mitigation actions.
· Provide accurate, timely and fit for purpose programs and/or project status reports using established norms.
· Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets
· Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues
· Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners
· Coordinate and communicate between business users and the data warehouse organization, balancing requirements, and resources to solve business problems
· Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
· Ability to build tabular and/or visualization reports as needed
· Work closely with engineering and operations to document business processes
· Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes
· Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
· Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
