• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• 12+ years of experience as a Technical Program manager managing cross functional initiatives
• 4+ years of experience Program managing large scale initiatives like Transformation or ERP implementations, upgrades etc
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate the results of analytics project to influence key stakeholders
• Ability to maintain RAID logs, dependency logs, Change control logs and quality, schedule and delivery management skills
• Ability to think strategically, work effectively in ambiguous situations and respond favorably?to change, execute effectively, work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, and time-management skills with high attention to detail
• Able to lead with curiosity and a strong growth mindset
• Experience in data analytics & reporting tools and techniques (e.g. Power, SQL)
• Experience with data governance frameworks, process, roles and responsibilities
