Position: Technical Product Manager

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
· Define software product strategy for specific line of business with attention to details
· Collaborate with business & functional leaders to define product roadmap that is aligned with short term & long-term business goals
· Work directly with domain experts in life sciences, immunology, and clinical biology to translate product & business requirements into product roadmap
· Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
· Work with software engineering leaders & scrum teams on day-to-day basis to deliver product features based on established roadmap
· Establish goals & review metrics to identify opportunities & evaluate success
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree with min 8 years Software Product Management experience
· 2 years of experience building software products for Life Sciences industry preferred
· Excellent track record of all end-to-end product management aspects from vision to release & management
· Experience creating elegant customer experiences from scratch and improving upon existing ones
· Demonstrable experience with feature tradeoffs, prioritization & adoption metrics
· Experience building product roadmap per business goals by collaborating with business & functional leaders
· Prior experience working with engineering teams to deliver product features per product roadmap
· Experience working in agile product development
· Excellent oral & written communication skills with ability to influence other internal & external teams
