WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Customer Advocate:

·       Obsess over customer problems & journey to create measurable value for our customers

·       Define requirements by leveraging usability studies, business and product usage data, external industry trends, and metrics to generate insights

·       Understand competitors and the market to help identify new partnerships or acquisition targets to broaden or enhance a product portfolio

·       Define the vision for the end-to-end customer experience journey, strive for simplicity 

Outcome Ninja:

·       Measure product(s) effectiveness, identify trends, report outcomes, and drive priorities to improve

·       Understand business metrics and how to focus product initiatives to drive results

·       Clearly be able to articulate the vision, strategies, priorities, and desired outcomes to key partners across ADP

Product Builder and Influencer:

·       Lead a multi-function project team through rapid, data-driven iterations focused on customer and stakeholder outcomes.

·       Effectively works with engineering team to build and deploy high quality features 

·       Works on Agile teams to drive story creation and prioritization, sprint planning, release planning, and is core contributor in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

·       Thinks of creative ways to solve problems & clearly communicates needs and deliverables to teams 

 

Responsibilities

·       Maintain a prioritized, vetted backlog of features

·       Co-ordinate with stakeholders for E2E development , testing and deliver of the features to the market

·       Develop Services to be leveraged by other applications in the eco-system

·       Ensure product integration roadmap supports platform strategy

·       Partner with UX teams do test and iterate on the experience as the customers interact with it

 

Requirements

·       Well versed with payroll domain and experience in developing payroll products

·       Ability to translate Business Ideas in to product solution to features and user stories

·       Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to step outside the comfort zone to get the job done

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to work independently in fast paced environment with cross functional teams

 

Preferred Qualifications  

·       Bachelor’s degree is required

·       5+ years of Product management experience, Certified product owner is a plus

·       2+ years of agile development experience 

·       2+ years of payroll experience is a must

·       Technical awareness of APIs and platform services

·       Tools / IDE development experience with UI/UX

·       Experience with Jira, Confluence, content management
