Job Description:

· Ability to analyze, develop, and validate detailed technical and functional specifications, workflows, processes and procedures
· Ability to evaluate and select solutions within the parameters of IT infrastructures, compliance, and technical requirements
· Ability to create and maintain Interface specifications and technical design documentation
· Ability to analyze and determine required mapping between upstream and downstream systems
· Ability to assess impact changes will have on existing environment
· Ability to conduct analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
· Ability to interact with Development, QA/Testing, and Stakeholders
· Create User/Dev Stories
· Define acceptance criteria (exception for our area)
· Help the team decide when a solution will or won't meet acceptance criteria
· KPI Reporting
