We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.
Responsibilities:
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Dev Led profile, 8+ years' experience
Work onsite
.NET / angular / AWS experience
Full stack dev with hands-on engineering skills but also ability to lead pods (offshore)
AWS services deployment experience like scripting (Terraform) and moving to higher environment
Solid development skills with REST API, (Micro)Services, .NET Core 3 and above, C#, SQL, etc.)/front-end (i.e., Typescript, Angular 10 and above, CSS, etc.) design and programming technologies.
Good to have Docker, Kubernetes and Kafka along with automation tooling like Jenkins or Azure DevOps. Experience working with cloud technologies - AWS services Lambda, Lambda Edge, WAF, Cloud front, S3, API gateway, Aurora Postgres, Dynamo DB, Glue and Terraform scripting.
Strong notions of security best practices (e.g., using IAM Roles, KMS, Secret Manager and etc.).
Experience with monitoring solutions such as Cloud Watch, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
Should have experience working on Agile projects including tools like JIRA, GIT and CI\CD using TeamCity Octopus
