Knowledge of Adobe Analytics is Desirable only and not mandatory. This position however requires that the person must have hands-on experience of Tealeaf or similar 'Customer Experience Monitoring Tool'. Experienced in Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Launch product, Proficient in Javascript and JQuery. Experienced in any Customer experience Management tools like Tealeaf will be an added advantage. Must be good in communication and must be able to independently drive technical discussions related to Web Analytics. Should be familiar with Tools like ServiceNow. An experience with incident management will be an added advantage but it's not mandatory. Candidate, however, must be willing to handle incidents as needed. Should be open to learn any new Digital Analytics tool and must have appetite for fast learning and gaining expertise
