Job Description :

We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Systems Analyst.
The Information Technology (IT) Applications, Medicaid/CHIP Systems (IT-MCS) team has initiated the MCS – Contract Administration & Provider Monitoring (CAPM) Tool Replacement project. This project will develop a database driven web
portal application, replacing a series of Microsoft Excel workbooks to enhance monitoring and reporting of Prover performance.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS(Required):

Effectively communicate with non-technical audience to understand business needs and explain complex systems and technical

topics in clear and concise manner.

Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with technical, non-technical staff and different levels of users.
Skilled in meeting facilitation and requirements gathering.
Skilled in developing and documenting business process flows.
Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts.
Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
Skilled in developing User Stories.
Skilled in use of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with software development using Agile methodology.

Skills(Preferred):

Experience with Health and Human Services or other State Agency.
Project experience supporting JAVA J2EE applications development team.
