Application Systems Analyst / Programmer
Our client is looking for an Application Systems Analyst / Programmer to join their team. This position provides management support for IT projects, systems architecture, databases, IT asset and change management. This role also coordinates network and computing operations with the Data Center.
Batch programs currently utilize Microfocus Visual Cobol to perform nightly, weekly and monthly batch processes. The team is converting these programs to .Net, SQL Server Stored Procedures and/or Camel ETL Jobs. We need highly qualified contractors who can read and understand Cobol as well as write modern code using SQL Server Stored Procedures and .Net Core. A portion of the changes will also be to create ETL jobs that run on our ESB.
Application Systems Analyst / Programmer Qualifications
SQL Server Stored Procedures.
.Net Core 3.1 development.
Cobol or other procedural language.
ETL and Batch Development.
JAVA/JSP.
Service Oriented Architecture / Web Services – SOAP / REST.
Web Technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JDBC and jQuery.
Markup Languages like XML and JSON.
