Job Description :

·         This support personal is expected to support Corporate Tower – Finance and People Systems which includes application like COUPA, DayForce, Workday, Talent Management etc. and no Technical expertise required

·         Experience in Production support and ability to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner

·         Ability to perform root cause analysis for all priority issues

·         Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

·         Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

·         Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills handling internal and external customers.

·         Good communication skills
