Bachelor Degree in Computer Science

Job Description:
Hardworking and organized team member able to multitask and juggle priorities seamlessly.
Responsible for different aspects of the system to design and deploy successfully.
Interacting with stakeholders from users to IT support to vendor implementation.
Role Includes:
Project Management and User Management: First point of contact for all users. Manages a ticket queue and addresses all issues and bugs either by solving them or escalating them to the vendor.
Data Integrity: Does a significant amount of data cleansing, importing and organizing. Watching and monitoring the new data generated by users is also an important aspect of team workload.
Vendor Liaison: Liaising with the platform vendor, tracking and submitting long term product requests, informing product roadmap and escalating any significant issues where support teams require to be involved. Work closely at the tracking and monitoring of platform implementation and other consulting requests. In-charge of monitoring the new releases cycles and test all new features prior to deployment. Monitor all changes from UAT environment to production ensuring seamless transitions.
Solution Architecture: Work with users and management to gathering requirements, analyze processes that could be automated and transitioned and create and design the platform in order to drive adoption of efficient long term changes. The team is currently working through the initial roll out but will also continue to evolve the platform to respond to user needs and additional business processes towards automation over time. Will also play a role in participating a long term vision around having centralized data repository and data science and reporting over the upcoming years.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
Experience and solid understanding of relational databases.
Clear understanding of system integrations and API concepts.
Self-starter with the foresight to identify and execute next steps to see projects through to completion.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, speaking to technical and non-technical business users.
Strong ability to dissect complex situations, troubleshoot and propose solutions.
Ability to adapt to changing demands and business requirements.
Familiarity with Dealcloud a plus but not required. Extensive training will be provided.
Familiar with Investment Banking, Finance and Accounting concepts and nomenclature a plus.
Experience with SQL and Data Science a plus.
