Job Description :
Role: Senior System Analyst Remote/Onsite: Initial remote Note: Expected candidate should be a good System/ Business Analyst w/ solid Insurance domain expertise and some knowledge or experience on LifePro Product. Candidate should be ok to proceed for Contract to Hire. JD: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is required; or equivalent experience Minimum of five to seven years of related work experience as a systems analyst, business analyst etc. Insurance industry experience is a must have LifePRO Product support experience is highly desirable Prior experience working with a large delivery team supporting and developing mission critical applications is required Prior insurance domain experience preferred; must have waterfall project delivery experience with projects of 3-6 months in duration working with offshore teams. S/he should have experience creating/managing a project schedule, driving a matrixed team of resources (onshore/offshore) to buy in to the schedule, meet pre-defined software quality expectations
