3 years of Education - Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or a related field
· 3 years of progressively responsible experience performing systems analysis on business applications software with the understanding of principles, practices, and techniques of computer programming and systems analysis.
· 3 years experience in analysis of multi-tier applications in Java/J2EE technology (Java design patterns, MVC, JSP, Javabeans, Servlets,etc), Spring/Springboot framework, Spring Batch, REST based Microservices and Linux OS.
· 3 years of analyzing and organizing technical data; Analyzing issues; facts and available info to develop logical solutions; researching inconsistencies of facts or data; drawing correct inferences from information and making recomms that support business decisions.
· 3 years experience in writing application analysis documentation, including designs, mockups, workflows, test cases to ensure functional and optimized performance, knowledge transfer documents, etc.
· 3 years of advanced scripting skills
· 2 years experience in technical report writing and documentation specifications.
· 2 years experience with Confluence, JIRA
· 1 years of Texas State Agency systems analyst experience, preferably TxDMV+
