Position: System Administrator
Duration: 3-6 months.
Location: St, Louis, MO
Remote until Covid and Onsite
Requirements
5 to 7 Years Experience
Solid UNIX Skills (Scripting)
Working knowledge of Load Balancers, Clustering, Firewalls
Working knowledge of IP Configuration and Routing
Working knowledge of Virialized Environments
Ability to manage multiple con-current assignments to meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communications
Demonstrated trouble shooting and technical problem solving skills
Manage Linux Environments
Install and Configure Environments (Development through Production)
Provides front line as well as 2nd and 3rd level technical support and will work with vendors to assist and support activities.
Participates in the development of new system and application implementation plans to ensure operational reliability.
Performs problem-solving and troubleshooting as required often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.
Develops procedures to maintain stable and efficient technology support.
Develops procedures, programs and documentation for backup and restoration of hostoperating systems and host-based applications.
Provides input and coordination in the planning and implementation of projects for computer operation
Ongoing Monitoring of system performance and capacity
