Job Description

·         As a System Administrator with 5+ years of experience, you will be intensely involved in supporting the Servers, Storage & End

·         User Computing environment of our client. You will perform day-to-day operations of the overall System Administrator with

·         your wide range of experience. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients

·         to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

 

Required

·         Server Admin/ Support – OS and below

·         Storage / Backup

·         Administrate MS Active Directory accounts and groups. Should have good understanding of user profile management

·         Experience troubleshooting LAN, server and connectivity issues

·         Cloud Environment support (Azure/AWS)

·         Expert knowledge supporting a Windows environment, including common user applications

·         Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007 or later, Outlook in and Exchange Environment, Internet Explorer, basic

·         hardware issues, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices both in person and remotely

·         Working knowledge of hardware components, hardware configurations and software

·         Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing device and software

·         Provide support and troubleshooting services to VIP remote users (desktop support for hardware and software

·         problems on desktop and laptops)

·         Provide remote printer troubleshooting and support

·         Vendor coordination and service level management experience.

·         Understanding of best practices, with respect to security and compliance.

·         Experience authoring and updating technical documentation.

·         Knowledge of new and emerging technologies

·         Good understanding of ITIL processes

·         Experience in providing ITIL based support for EUC environment

·         Experience working with hardware and software vendors

 

Preferred

·         Technology – Servers, Storage & End User Computing

·         A detail-oriented, organized and dependable individual

·         Excellent technical troubleshooting skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently

·         Independently resolve problems and escalate as necessary and within time

·         Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to work in a team environment in order to perform professional and organizational responsibilities.

·         Excellent oral and communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams & end customers.
